SCHEDULE A DISCOVERY CALL
During the discovery call we will discuss three things. First, we will lay out the background and goals of your project. What is the vision and what does success look like? Next, we will discuss the major problems blocking your progress. If you could wave a magic wand and fix something, what would it be? Finally, we will consider which areas are most ripe for improvement and rank them according to long term and short term reward metrics.
WE COME IN FOR AN ONSITE CONSULTATION
When we arrive on site we take a look at the underlying systems and get a feel for the practical realities of the project, deep diving into the technical design aspects of the system as well as fabrication and integration strategies. Also, we will meet with key engineers to understand algorithmic and mathematical design components to fully understand the systems. Finally, we will present to engineers and managers a number of possible solutions and directions for improvement.
YOUR ROBOT PERFORMS
Over the next few weeks, we work to design and implement the selected solution. We also work alongside your engineering and technical teams to integrate the solution into your current working environment. We see the project through testing, evaluation and fine tuning in order to ensure long term success.
